PROJECT | 2017
AMAG is a multyutility leader in environmental, water and energy services interested in increasing the sense of trasparency and closeness to his own city. The design focuses on the recovery of part of the corporate headquarters, converting existing spaces into offices, while designing the new facades of the whole complex creating a new background for the neighborhood. This project pays attentions to energy consumption and the environment using innovative technologies such as eutectic batteries for heating and cooling systems, green roof to minimize the impact of the building creating new natural soil, photovoltaic systems and recovery of stormwater. The building itself is treated with cladding system and a polycarbonate ventilated façade.
