Combine respect for history with a new settlement model: from warehouses to neighborhoods where you can live, grow and learn. Each design choice is oriented towards environmental sustainability, the reduction of urban mobility and the efficient use of resources, so as to develop knowledge for new generations. The urban space is designed in harmony with the context, trying to enhance its urban character and placing it in relation to each other: a green belt to protect the neighborhood facing a commercial covered walk, surrounded by parks, vegetable gardens, greenhouses and hydroponic crops.
