Combining respect for history with the new housing model: barracks / food warehouse in urban neighborhood in which to live, grow, work, learn and grow. Every design choice is oriented to urban and environmental sustainability, trying to reduce the need for residents’ mobility, using resources efficiently and developing integrated and knowledge to the younger generation.

The urban space is designed in harmony with the context and with the existing, trying to enhance the characters and placing them in dialogue with each other: a green belt ties a perimeter system of parks, gardens, greenhouses and hydroponic towers, and protects the neighborhood , which faces predominantly along a shopping street gallery with multifunctional urban blocks.
