The use of color and the facade design allowed us to create a identifiable place for habitans and a skyline integrated in the environment. Building’s design is marked by dynamic and complex volumes like a pattern on a white skyline. Masterplan and facade project of the first batch of a residential complex of more than 200.000 sq.m. surface built to accommodate 10.000 people, with schools, kindergartens, private park, shopping areas and public squares. The use of color and movement of the facades allows you to create a place full of identity where the inhabitant can orientate and feel part of an integrated skyline.
