The refurbishing of this XIX° century Villa has been managed by us for about ten years. The extraordinary landscape of Monferrato hills suggested to us the of simple materials, such as bricks, stone and green areas. Hand made iron balconies, pebbles paths, recovery of surrounding walls, wide green areas with boxwood hedges and fountains complete the exterior design. According with this approach, the relationship between the recovery of existing elements and the attention for well defined spaces and volumes provides harmony to the building and to people living or working there. The use of smooth tints typical of Monferrato country houses for both the exterior and interior decorations have the same smooth and elegant pattern, through the skills of local painters as well as artisans, ironsmiths, carpenters. Interior furnitures have been restored, while integrating contemporary pieces of design.
